The discussion is an update of new ASHRAE and IECC codes that have been or will be adopted in our area. The reasons for these changes are primarily for life safety and energy management This will impact the electrical and lighting design in certain commercial project significantly. the most obvious and many time the most cost effective solution for many of these changes will be lighting management systems. We will discuss several options for these solutions based on client's needs and budgets. Matt Brown is a Sales Engineer for Lutron. He has taught ED150 Courses for the San Jacinto Section and has lectured on lighting controls at Texas State University. Matt was also a past Secretary and Vice President of the San Jacinto Section. |
