As Director of Estimating, George Elles manages Correct Electric's estimating department with a system of checks and balances designed to reduce variations in the estimating and bidding process to less than 5%.  With over 30 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, Mr. Elles is well versed in the critical stages of project estimating, planning, and design.  George's presentation will cover such topics as correct application of energy codes, the VE enigma and those pesky catalog numbers.
