All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.  We will refund 50% of the registration fee for cancellations received within two weeks of the training.  Cancellations made after Sunday, October 11, 2009 are non-refundable.  If this program is not held for any reason, IESNA' liablility is limited to the refund of the program fee.
