Did you know that more than 80% of 2.7 million US commercial buildings are still using decades-old lighting?  This presentation will explore the driving forces of a commercial lighting retrofit project and examine the "big picture" of why lighting retrofits make sense.
 

Participants will learn about:

• Project drivers that are used in the decision-making process
   

• Current rebate offers and other incentives
   

• Latest retrofit trends and applications
   

• New technology worth considering

Frank Agraz is a principal owner at Maneri~Agraz Enterprises, a national turn-key lighting retrofit solutions provider.  He has 19 years experience in the energy-efficient lighting industry and has worked in several segments of the business including manufacturing, ESCO, maintenance, and turn-key retrofit design and installations.  Mr. Agraz is Lighting Certified by the NCQLP.  He is also past-president of the IES Houston section and a graduate of Texas A&M University.
